Welcome to the quarter mark of the first 100 episodes of the Up & Under, a milestone that I'm sure we all had marked down on our calendars.

Speaking of milestones, today's episode is the first ever 2nd annual segment we've done, as Conor, Francis, and Grant once again draft their All-NBA teams in politely cutthroat, collaboratively selfish competition (1:49). There will be joy, there will be controversy, there will be statements from agents bemoaning their clients' absences. This is the stuff they make movies out of. After the All-NBA selections, the guys move on to their hottest takes of the NBA season (1:01:26), including a nearly nine-minute long sidebar about golf bodies (1:13:35), which you can totally skip if you want but I don't what about that sentence didn't sell you. And then they wrap up by giving a horse a banned substance and becoming hall of fame trainers (1:28:05).
