Episode 25 is a conversation with Thomas Poklikuha, class of 2020! Pok was a 2x NCAA Qualifier, All-American, and incredible leader for the Ducks during his time at Castle Point. He is currently a coach at Shore Thing Wrestling Club and is working full time as a Mechanical Engineer.

Duck Insider is hosted by Stevens Wrestling Coaching staff. The mission of this show is to promote the Stevens Wrestling program and give fans a new way to get insight on what is happening with the Duck Wrestling program. We will also have featured guests from the program; coaches, alumni, and current wrestlers.  Stevens Institute of Technology is a DIII Wrestling program located in Hoboken, New Jersey.
