Catherine Silver is a licensed clinical social worker in New York City specializing in the treatment of people with eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, depression and trauma. She was previously the Senior Team Leader at one of the nation's leading eating disorder treatment centers and is currently in private practice.

Catherine also received postgraduate training in family and couples therapy. Catherine is passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food, love their bodies and increase their overall sense of connection within themselves and with others.
