Hey Queens & Kings!
 
Today we are taking about how to get maximum benefit from the phases of the moon to help you in life.  Each moon phase comes with specific energy signatures that we will discuss, though we will only fully cover the 4 main phases (New moon, 1st Quarter, Full moon, 3rd Quarter). 

If the full moon can raise and lower tides, with us being made of approximately 72% of water, why wouldn't we also be effected by the moon?

Get comfy, grab your favorite drink, pull out your journal and take notes on the phases of the moon and the energy they each carry along with what you should focus on during the phases.

The 8 Moon Phases we will discuss:

1. New moon
2. Waxing crescent 
3. 1st quarter (½ moon)
4. Gibbous (Waxing) 
5. Full moon 
6. Disseminating moon (Waning Gibbous)
7. 3rd Quarter (½ moon)
8. Balsamic moon (Waning crescent)
