Hi Everyone, and welcome to another Wednesday morning with LIFE WORK BALANCES!

Today I had a chance to sit down with Z Nicolazzo. Z is a PhD student at Miami University. Z and I connected through my partner, who thought a conversation between the two of us would be fun, and it was indeed. Z talked about hir dog, and by extension the way in which being able to have a dog influenced Z’s job searches and applications, the different routes that a doctoral degree can take a student affairs professional, bike riding, baking and cooking, and socializing through food. We also talked about the different things that have taken Z all around the country.
