As you might know, I have completed writing my book and it has been sent off to a new editor.

Last night when I received the contract for their services my name was misspelled not once, but twice.

I corrected the error and sent it back. I had edited the editor.

This morning the editor was so embarrassed but OWNED the mistake while providing solutions to prevent it from happening again.

After owning up to it and offering solutions, I was even more willing to use their services.
