Today was great!

I got a new agent to fill out an application to join the team and they are very excited to get rolling.

But yesterday was different.

I had a client, the day after showing the houses for the first time text me that they had found a new agent.

I had a couple of ways I could respond.

Get mad and try to talk them back into working with me, keep moving forward and focus on my growth, or pack up shop and quit.

You probably already know what I did.
