Len shares her personal experiences with death and the afterlife, including near-death experiences where she felt herself leaving her physical body and traveling to the other side. She describes the beauty, freedom, and lack of pain she experienced, and how it shifted her perspective on death. Len emphasizes that the soul leaves the body before physical death occurs, and that loved ones who have passed are still present with us, communicating in subtle ways.
Len encourages a shift in perspective around death, seeing it not as an ending but as a natural transition and rebirth. She likens it to the cycle of nature, where flowers go dormant in winter only to bloom again in spring. Len believes that if people could see the beauty and continuity in death, rather than fearing it, it would reduce a lot of suffering. She emphasizes the importance of letting go and allowing loved ones to transition, rather than holding them back.
Len shares examples of how she has connected with her late sister and other loved ones who have passed, through subtle signs and synchronicities. She encourages others to be open to these types of communications, without expectation or overthinking. Len believes the soul continues to communicate with us in ways the physical mind may not always recognize.
Len offers to be available to anyone who is grieving or needs support, and encourages people to remember who they are and where they came from. She believes that by reconnecting with our true essence, we can find the strength and perspective to navigate even the most difficult life experiences.
Thank you for listening in and being with us today. See you next time. Much love and blessings, Jacob.
