"We're going to Empire Land!" An amusement park set right outside of the Emperor's retreat. Officially built to allow the public to have fun and experience the glory of their ruler first hand. Unofficially built to provide a constant civilian meat shield around the retreat to dissuade attacks by the Rebel Alliance, and blame any casualties on Rebel raids, regardless of the cause of death. Our heroes have forked over the exorbitant price to get in, and are "pretending" to enjoy themselves while they await the signal to infiltrate the retreat.
