On today's episode, I chat to Kim-Joy. Kim-Joy is a baker, author and mental health ambassador, based just outside Leeds.

We first met when I got asked to prop Kim-Joy's most recent book "Bake me a cat".  Kim-Joy rose to fame after her success on Great British Bake Off in 2018, and has since written several baking books, along with a graphic novel! 

Kim-Joy and I chat all things mental health, house renovations, and how social media is sometimes taken too seriously.
