REPUBLICANS have warped [American] values to the point where they are basically unrecognizable; and the current situation we have ourselves in is an extension of what they have been doing pretty extensively for decades -- from Barry Goldwater, Richard Nixon and the southern strategy -- Ronald Regan and 'welfare queens' -- George Bush and Willie Horton up to the current administration race baiting. They've been running that game for decades and have just started to say it out loud.
