Niamh has trained in Emotional Connection Strategy (EmC) with Dr Lola Gershfeld in California and is the first Certified EmC trainer/facilitator in Ireland/UK/Europe. EmC strategy is a science-backed process for building and repairing relationships in work. The EmC process is a structured way of building emotional intelligence in leaders, helping them to be more emotionally attuned, so that they can create psychological safety and build engagement thereby also boosting productivity.
