Roger has been defying expectations from the start.  Beginning his career as a teacher, then an actor in both TV and Film (look for him in Xfiles!), he knew early on that this would not be enough to satisfy his aspirations.  Roger was an outsider then, and still feels like an outsider today - but sees this as one of his greatest strengths.  If not for that, he would not have discovered who he really was at his core - outside of societal pressures.  This self discovery journey led him to the most unexpected career choice of them all - as an entrepreneur.
