In today's episode we dive futher into siteworks. This episode will be released as part 2 of a 2 part series.

Today we dive a little deeper into the different things that can increase the price of your siteworks. The main three we discuss are Bushfire Attack Level (BAL), Coastal Attenuation and Noise Attenuation.

As a quick summary:
 BAL - Bushfire Attack Level is a method for rating the intensity of a locations potential exposure to bushfire. This is dictated by a few factors main thing is bushland, secondary is the trajectory of wind.

Coastal Attenuation - is a method for rating the intensity of a locations potential exposure to high concentrations of airborne sea salt which can cause corrosion.
 
 Noise Attenuation - is a method for rating the intensity of a locations potential exposure to constant noise pollution.
