Anything worthwhile takes awhile to come to fruition. No matter what it is, remembering, when you're doing the work of showing up but not seeing results, it's helpful to remind yourself that "this is a long-tail game." We get to choose what we bring forward and leave behind in 2021. Don't leave behind anything you truly want to make happen in the new year. Keep doing the work. It'll pay off.
