Weekly Meal Plan:

Monday - Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

Tuesday- Teriyaki Chicken (Easy 15 Minute Meal)

Wednesday- Oven Baked Chili Dogs

Thursday - Beef Stir Fry With Noodles

Friday -Pita Pizzas

Saturday - Grands Mini Pot Pies (only 5 ingredients)

Sunday - Easy Indian Butter Chicken

 

Monthly Meal Planning Strategy:

  1. Make a list for the number of days in the week
  • Write the capital letter of each day of the week that corresponds with the date
  • Take out your agenda and pencil in activities
  • Grab your favorite 30 meal list and rotate proteins, pencil in meals on the list above
  • Create a shopping list, crossing off what you have

  • Other tips to save time and energy:

    • Carve out time to prep and plan
    • Double batch where you can. Ie. double mashed potatoes, rice and ground beef
    •  Pantry fridge, freezer shop and use what you have
  • Didn’t make all your meals you planned-no biggie, make them this week
  •  Let your gadgets do the hard work for you
  •  Multi-task where you can
  • What are a couple simple things you can prep for breakfast, lunch even dinner
  • Keep a sink of soapy water to wash and rinse as you go-saves time on clean up
  •
