Sentences that should not 🚫 combine food with exercise:
“I worked out hard today so now I can have ice cream tonight!”
“I ate out last night so I need to do more cardio tomorrow.”
“I ate donuts yesterday so I should probably deadlift tomorrow so I can use those calories.”
“I need to run off that meal I had last night.” STOP👏🏻IT👏🏻.
Food and exercise (unless you’re an athlete) should NOT be intertwined.
You CAN eat the ice cream and not workout.
You CAN eat meals with your family and NOT worry about “running it off” tomorrow.
You CAN eat the donuts without feeling the need to “use the calories” to lift heavy.
Just. Eat.
