This week's episode is a little different...we went back to where we started! Jay and I have power lunches where we solve the world's problems and keep discovering new things about the work and each other. For real. These lunches are like WOW! And they were the reason we decided to launch this podcast. We thought if we shared our conversations with the world, we could make a difference. 

Maybe a little egotistical but it seems to be working! We have had a great response to our podcast so far and we are having a blast. This week's episode started by chance...I happened to be recording and Jay said something that made my heart beat a bit faster...You Don't Know Until You Know. Seems simple but it is such a huge thing to add to your toolbox. 

We ramble a bit, we talk about everything from weight loss to the election to "source" and triggers. But in the end it all comes back to that simple statement--You Don't Know Until You Know.
