I spoke with an agent today about how we run our businesses.
It was a great conversation, mainly because we do it differently.
But the most important thing is that we are doing what works well for "us".
She does things that I don't and I do things that she doesn't. It was an eye-opener to remind me that just because someone does something and is good at it, doesn't mean that it works for everyone.
Find what works for you and ask yourself this...
Do I like doing it? Is it getting a good return? Can I stay consistent doing it?
If the answer is yes to all of these, keep crushing it.
