In high school, I watched a show on MTV called "Caged." There happened to be an episode on that show where one of the main 'characters' actually was knocked out by an opponent in his fight. It wasn't until about 15 years later, I realized that opponent who had knocked out the main character was actually Quentin Henry! 

Today I have "The Hero" on my show to share his story of how his combat sports journey has gone. He has so much experience in various forms of combat sports, and most recently he's a fighter for the BKFC promotion (Bare Knuckle Fighting Championships).
