Become Someone People Want To Help

1. Make a list of 5-6 people you want to connect in your company or in an industry you have an interest in. Put your boss in that list too.
2. Send a message to those people and find a way to add value.
3. On Monday, send your boss an email telling them what you’re doing for the week, and how you can help them. On Thursday, send them an update on your progress.
