Despite a strong effort in Colorado that saw them win 2-1 from the Pepsi Center, the Devils failed to win both ends of the back-to-back, falling 5-0 in Arizona. Scott Wedgewood was excellent in net for the Coyotes, as the Devils failed to ever really get going.
