I love doing my podcast. My favorite part is interviewing some very interesting and intelligent guests. I try to make the podcasts very conversational (like you are eavesdropping on a conversation we are having in a coffee shop).
What I don't like is all the unsolicited emails I get from random authors, publicists, and P.R. people who are trying to get booked on the show. Most of the time, they expect you to do all the research for them by listening to sample podcasts, visit their websites and more.
Ain't Nobody Got Time For That!
If you want to be interviewed, it's your job to make it as easy as possible on the host and assistant who books the show.
In this episode, I will explore what you can do to increase your odds of getting the interview by being in the know:
* Know The Host
* Know The Audience
* Know Your Topic
