Alexus Bria has been on the steady incline towards reaching her goals in acting and music for many years now. She caught up with us this week on episode 265 to discuss what the journey has meant to her so far! We discussed the parallels between acting and musicianship as Alexus has managed to balance many incredible career opportunities across both ventures while meeting and networking with many incredible individuals. She told us about having the ability to be comfortable with turning down opportunities that don’t align with her as an individual and also keeping her love for the craft at the forefront. With a recent project “Diary of a Loved Black Woman” released, Alexus also continues to push herself musically to keep perfecting her writing style and quality of each new release as she creates her next batch of songs.
