This may sound ridiculous but sometimes plans are overrated.

Like when you spend all day planning and never get anything done, what's the point.

Today I sat down with an Investor builder that has heard the podcast and we are now going to be working together.

I never sat down and said, "I'm going to start this podcast to gain a relationship with an investor/builder".

I just showed up everyday and an opportunity presented itself.

The only plan I had in place was to show up and do a podcast 5 days a week.

And the opportunity presented itself in this form.
