Robert “Bobby” Klinck is an intellectual property attorney, who helps entrepreneurs, startups, and innovators protect their genius. He helps entrepreneurs make sure that they actually own their intellectual property, that they have policies to prevent copycats from stealing their ideas, and that they don’t step on landmines that can land them in expensive lawsuits.

Bobby prides himself on making the complex issues related to intellectual property understandable for non-lawyers. He has published two books about intellectual property law: The Entrepreneur’s IP Planning Playbook and Patent Litigation Primer. He is currently working on a more ambitious project – an online course that will help entrepreneurs protect their genius.

Bobby has his law degree cum laude from Harvard Law School.
