Sonia Harris Pope, owner of Harris PR, talks about the Harris PR Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Bursary, which she developed in partnership with The Open Door Initiative and the Public Relations Institute of Ireland. The aim of the initiative is to create a pathway for people from under-represented groups in society to train in public relations and communications.
