A New Mexico lawyer was censured for making two contradictory claims about the same subject in two separate courts.
(4) A QUIET PLACE (Joan Rivers Award)
A Delaware lawyer was held in civil contempt and fined $5,000 for his statements to the media in a case in which he was under a gag order.
