Carla is a Poet, Feminist, wife, mother of three, world traveler, and a living Testimony of Miracles. Carla is beyond labels. We spoke about faith, moving to America from the Philippines, learning English at a young age and how she overcame five brain surgeries. Carla is one of my nearest and dearest friends.
