Ever stop and consider who paints the buildings and handpainted signs down in Niles? In this episode, we talk with "Cool Hand" Ken who's hand painted artwork is all over Niles. He grew up in Niles and found his passion of painting through skateboarding. Over his career so far, he has left his mark of handpainting all over Niles, the Bay Area, and even parts of the world. His view of life is inspiring.

A new report that has come out at the beginning of March stating that Fremont is still the "Happiest City in America." Wallet Hub gave Fremont that title in 2021 and it has now been repeated for 2022.
