Today I’ll be talking more about getting started with your day. There may be a few scenarios that prevent us from doing so, i.e. work, and it takes awareness first to acknowledge the time that gets you going on certain tasks. 

I may have had to end this talk early with just describing a condition as ‘hard’ due to some noise I was going to have in this video. Perhaps in the future I will explore more around the idea of getting the day started off right.
