This week we discuss what we do when we find ourselves in a self-care emergency.
Sometimes we all fall into a slumpy funk emotionally or spiritually, and it is hard to feel positive among it all. If we take vitamin C packets for emergency immune boost when we feel like we are getting sick, it only makes sense if we do something to boost our spirit before we slip into a dark emotional space.

YURAN'S KIT
Senario a (too agitated)
0.Yuran makes sure to sit still for 5 min and set a timer
0.Yuran makes hot tea or water for herself, goes to the alter in that she created for herself in her room and lights a candle
0.yuran locates a spot or area of the physical reaction on the body that rises with the emotion, and tries to let the emotion get expressed in a safe space through movements, talking, crying, instead of neglecting or repressing it. Mindfully, she gives that part of body permission to relax and if the pain continues, yuran keeps observing it as she moves on to other tasks of the day
0.Yuran writes down the negative thoughts she is avoiding to think about that day and make sure she is not doing things because she is avoiding the thoughts
0.Yuran writes down a list of things she needs to do and pick the top three things to focus on

0.Yuran writes down a list of things she is genuinely grateful for
0.Yuran writes down a list of accomplishment from yesterday or last week

2.Yuran listens to podcasts that gives her inspiration

4.Yuran makes sure to adjust sleeping and eating schedule
5.Yuran makes a play list and dance to those music for 40 min
6.yuran talks writes to a friend
7.Yuran talks into a recorder to do talk therapy for herself
8.Yuran does prosperity meditation as taught in previous episodes
9.Yuran reads a book/ novel that she really enjoys
10.yuran watches youtube videos for self care
