In Indonesian, order is formed by using acting word with a rising intonation. For example: • Baca buku itu! (Read that book!); • Bangun, hari sudah siang! (Get up, it is already late!); • Ambil gambar kera-kera itu, Bill! (Take the pictures of those monkeys, Bill!); Pergi! (Go!). To make it more polite, you can add the particle "-lah" to the verb.
