On this Episode of T.H.A.T. Podcast I am in conversation with Laylon Williams IG: @coach_laylo2 who suffered his heart attack on March 13, 2019 a week before his 40th Birthday. 

Laylon was told after his Heart Attack that it was the quick actions of the Paramedics and his level of physical fitness that saved his life!  In fact, the attending cardiologist told him he was only 1 of 4 people he knew of that survived the type of heart attack he had!

Now Laylon uses his experience to motivate others to get off the couch and take control of their life, their fitness and their health and wellbeing!
