We discuss several inmates from the Oshkosh Correctional Center who gave affidavits stating that when they were locked up with David Wiener he had made comments were he had admitted to killing Tom Monfils. We also discuss the many times Wiener changed his story and his personal timeline on the morning of November 21, 1992.
