Katlyn is best known for playing the terrifyingly devious queen bee Chloe Valentine in Be More Chill at the Two River Theatre, the Ghostlight Productions cast album, currently Off-Broadway at the Pershing Square Signature Center and soon ON BROADWAY at the Lyceum Theatre! Onstage, Katlyn has been featured in Dirty Dancing: The Classic Story on Stage, Oklahoma! and The Bobbed-Haired Bandit at the NYC Fringe Festival. Katlyn most recently starred as Sloan in the upcoming independent film Holly Star, which is set for release this coming holiday season. Katlyn and I discuss Be More Chill’s upcoming Broadway transfer, the pre-show rituals necessary for performing The Smartphone Hour, the phenomenon known as musical improv, favorite dog breeds, her career aspirations before musical theatre, Chloe Valentine’s career aspirations and more!
