Welcome to Episode 27!!  In this episode we welcome our special guest Jess Munson!!   

A little bit about Jess:

Jess Munson has walked the talk. Not only is she trained in sexual assault critical care and used it to treat patients as an ER nurse, she has experienced rape and later traumas in a troubled marriage. She knows whereof she speaks. Intuitive and empathic, she is able to listen and address compassionately.

As part of her healing, Jess was guided to a small town in Idaho where she is raising her five children. She consciously chooses her path as a single mother, facing the challenges like a buffalo in a storm, head on, moving intentionally through them with purpose, learning as she goes. Jess is passionate about sharing with others what she has learned through training and experience.

Seeking non-medicated treatment for herself and patients, Jess certified in a somatic psychotherapeutic approach where the focus is to reconnect the brain with the body to help an overall healing experience to occur.  Intentionally seeking more than just typical treatments that didn’t feel complete, or came with additional concerns, Jess is now able to help herself and others with an individualized and unique way that addresses those traumas that reside deep within our tissues.
