Kyle Earley is a Pastor, husband, father, activist, political director, creator, and entrepreneur originally from Cleveland. Kyle spoke about growing up in the late 80s and early 90s in Cleveland during a time where the War on Drugs was at its height and how his household was directly impacted. Although his family instilled values and principles in him at home that ultimately helped him form leadership qualities at different points in his life, Kyle ended up spending time in juvenile delinquent centers as a young man. It was through his experiences here where he learned to tap into his purpose as a leader. We spoke about how he didn’t meet his biological father until he was a teenager and how that experience impacted him. Kyle spoke to us about his service as a community organizer and how that lead to a life of politics and more!
