In many ways it is hard to believe that it is 40 years since Trevor Chappell bowled the underarm to Brian McKechnie at the MCG, resulting in one of the most recalled and perhaps reviled incidents in the history of cricket, certainly between Australia and New Zealand. So I look back with my own memories of that day, and what an eleven year old cricket nut thought about as he watched it all unfold.
