Friendships are some of the greatest happiness boosters in our lives. Friends support us, share triumphs and challenges, and make navigating life a whole lot more fun. 

That being said, it’s completely normal to go through spells of loneliness. It’s not a guarantee that you’ll meet your tribe in your teens or twenties. Some of our greatest friendships have been formed later on in our lives, outside of our education or ‘neighbourhood convenience’.
