Today's episode is high energy so strap in to meet the wonderful Cecilia Ronson! 22 year old, standup comedian, poet, story teller and all round LEGEND.

Join us as she takes us through her journey which started when she was around 12. She was an anxious child who was terrified of letting people down, especially the adults in her life. We discuss her panic attacks and rejection sensitivity dysphoria which is something I found very interesting when I heard about it from her for the first time mid last year.

We also talk about her germophobia, another topic I find super interesting, as I had never talked about this with anyone before. She sheds a light on what it can be like for someone who is living with this intense phobia.

I was lucky enough to work alongside Cecilia as a part of our Womens Wisdom and Wellbeing events with Breakthrough Foundation, visiting regional areas of South Australia, and I just KNOW you're going to love her as much as I do. It is great to chat about mental health with someone of a different age group and see that change is coming!
