Today I'm sharing a little about the big shifts that have happened in my period healing & health journey - hopefully to inspire you into what's possible if you have a challenging relationship with your health or your periods.

I then share around coming back into relationship with my pleasure after having 6 months of celibacy and the healing moments I've been having, how much my yoni has been holding on to and sharing with me since I have been reconnecting with her.

I also share a couple of practices that can really help with this journey.
