During this episode, I chat to Rachel about her journey with being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and how it led her down the path of helping others.

Rachel talks about her personal experience with her autoimmune disease and how she turned to her own research for natural supplements. Her passion grew from here to help others that don't want to be on heavy medications, teaching them that there are other remedies.

Rachel offers powerful tips around whole food and eating. Listening to our body while we are eating and paying attention to any symptoms our body gives us afterwards. Rachel talks about how she was slow to cut out foods. The benefits of taking it slow when cutting food out to ensure it's sustainable.

Starting with journaling, finding a journal that you truly connect with that you want to write in and leave it beside your bed.
