Spencer and I have known each other since our high school days. We reconnected as friends this past year and he has cheered me on in my business ever since. Spencer is an autistic adult and he currently works in a highly sophisticated financial and political environment. He is also a husband and father of five. I am grateful to him for his willingness to share what life is like for him and the challenges and successes he has had and continues to experience.
