This episode Blessings of Lessons. Again, we ask you all to expand your point of view and your ability to receive new ideas. If we view the lows of our lives as lessons we gain a completely different perspective and understanding as far as what we needed or received from that incident in our lives. 

Pull up a chair, go run your errands, grab a drink or whatever it is you do while you are tuning in, do that so we can get into this discussion!

Discussion:

• A lesson learned is a blessing earned = “blesson”
• Pleasure and pain are two aspects of the same coin. You can never have one without the other
• Don’t try to escape from unpleasant experiences with others. See them as an opportunity to better understand people and ultimately yourself 
• Your enemies may be able to help you more than your friends - remember whatever angers you about someone 
• It’s a journey, not a destination -  be curious about life’s challenges and integrate their wisdom is important
