Happy New Year!  Back in October, we visited Universal Studios and Universal’s Islands of Adventure for the first time. With Universal teaming with Harry Potter to create much of the Orlando-area theme park buzz lately, we wanted to see what the parks were like and what Disney World  fanatics can expect on a first-time visit.
