But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

We don’t boast about our weaknesses. We hide them. Either because we are afraid to admit we have them, or we’re ashamed others will judge us because of them. But Paul openly admitted to his weakness. He saw it as a gateway to the power of God in his life.
