The Blackfoot Indian reservation began on the outskirts of town. He attended a Catholic boarding school in the pier, Wisconsin for high school. Upon graduation, he enrolled in a monastery, studying to become a priest. He left after four years. He has two adult kids who live in the Midwest with their families. He moved to Southern California from Wisconsin in 1979, taught Los Angeles unified school district, retiring in 2000. The second wife died from all timers in 2018.
