The Commanders hire Brandon Sosna as the Senior Vice President of football operations and David Blackburn as the Director of Player personnel. The Commanders are going young in some places....Sosna is only 31 years old, and is seen as an up and coming prodigy, recent serving as the senior contract negotiator for the Detroit Lions.
