  1. Read 10 pages in a personal development book
  2. Drink 1 gallon of water
  3. Stick to a healthy diet plan with no cheat days
  4. Two 45-minute workouts, and one must be outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
  5. No alcohol
  6. Take a progress picture
